Feels like a butter
Super nice soft shell. The jacket really feels like a butter when I put it on. Great amount of stretch in all directions. It's a classic 3 in 1 system which is obviously versatile for all conditions one might experience. Lots of good features, pockets etc. I ski'd in this jacket in various different conditions, from warm sunny days to mixed rain and snow and it has great thermo-regulation and breathability. Also, the jacket can take some beating, it still looks good. Very happy with my purchase.
Waterproof softshell at great price
Salomon is not well known (yet) for their clothing line but I had always enjoyed their products. This is a beautiful 3-in-1 system jacket packed with technology at great price. Most soft shell jackets out there are only water resistant, as they cannot tape the seams easily, making them water-resistant or weather-proof as they are sometimes marketed. This jacket is fully waterproof and wears great. Good amount of stretch so one can move easily during downhill runs. Warm enough to keep you toasty on the chair lift. The fabric looks pretty burly and will for sure take good amount of beating before breaking. Overall, great ski jacket.
