Great Vibram sole
Vibram is pretty much known for making the best soles out there and this is the only trail running shoe I can think of that has a Vibram outsole. The traction is great, even in the most challenging situations. The shoe itself feels solid and well made, nothing super exciting though. The lacing system has a nice double loop feature that allows different on top and on the bottom. Overall, it's the sole that makes the shoe interesting I think.
Good stable sole
One of the nicest things about these shoes is the Vibram sole, which provides good amount of stability and traction on various terrains. I was quite happy to get these when they went on sale and save little money. I think that at this price they are steal. It's a solid trail shoe, one can use either for running or light hiking that is just flexible enough to get you through the day if you are not carrying heavy load. Laces on the shoe are nice too, I like the double feature that allows for a nice custom fit. Sweet kicks.
Solid trail runner
Solid performance trail running shoe. Great deal at this price. Lafuma got gear of the year award (I think) for this shoe couple years ago and for a good reason. The shoe feels solid, particularly thanks to the good Vibram sole. I personally like the black version better than those crazy green and red colors. I'm happy with my purchase.
