The Aspen is the official 2007-2008 US Ski Team and US Snowboarding sweater
- 100% wool, 4-ply Heilo yarn

And after 125 years of wool working, Dale has figured out how to translate that into a good sweater. They work with none other than the athletes themselves to fine tune a sweater that will accompany them on their way to a win. Three quarter length zipper, all wool, and you don't need to worry about an itchy neck, because Dale has you covered with a fleece lined neck. You can thank Dale or the athletes for that detail, but you will be thanking yourself once you're wearing the Aspen.

Wash/Care Instructions for Dale of Norway Sweaters
Hand wash (30°C/86°F) or machine wash (30°C/86°F) at wool cycle. Turn inside out. Use a mild washing detergent. Squeeze gently, do not wring. Rinse well. Dry on a flat surface, pull gently into shape if necessary. Do not dry in sunshine or in a tumble dryer. Can be pressed, using wool setting. This garment can be dry cleaned, but dry cleaning may change the brightness of the colors and the softness of the wool. Store knitted garments folded, not hanging.
All Dale of Norway products have washing labels inside the garments. Some products are machine wash and some are handwash. Here are some general instructions on how to wash and care for your Dale product:
- Hand wash at 30°C/86°F using a detergent with a neutral pH -or- Machine wash at 30°C/86°F using a wool cycle and a detergent with a neutral pH
- Do not bleach or wash with chlorine based products
- Iron at low heat settings and, if necessary, turn inside out
- May be dry cleaned, but this may change the brightness of the colors and softness of the wool
- Do not tumble dry
- Dry flat, and never in direct sunlight
- WATER REPELLENT garments should be ironed after washing. Do not use softener when washing

Best Sweater
Warm, wool and matches my jeans. My family is from Norway so I have always grown up wearing Norwegian sweaters. Ive found Dale of Norway to make the most traditional and functional Norwegian sweater.
Beafutiful Norwegian wool sweater
Got this one from my wife for Christmas and I'm really enjoying it. You can see and feel the quality and workmanship even before you put the sweater on. It's really warm, I mean *really* warm, so I use it primarily for winter. Drawcord adjustments at the hem is nice, though I rarely use it. Quite happy with the product.
Really liking my sweater
Dale sweaters are simply something else. The wool is completely different than what I'm used to from the other sweaters. The yarn is not fuzzy and seems to be quite durable, I bet they go through lot of stretching when they knit these sweaters back in Norway. It's not a cheap sweater that's for sure, but I bet it will last longer than anything else I own and it will turn out to be actually cheaper in the long run. Very happy with my purchase.
Pretty sylish sweater
I love Dale of Norway sweater and I was looking for something little more stylish for my husband, something he can wear in restaurant, not just outside. Picked this one as a Christmas present for him and he really liked it. Very nice quality and he says it's quite warm. I like the way it looks on him. Great with pair of jeans or slacks.
